By the end of August 500 households were enlisted as test participants in the EcoGrid EU project. - We are very pleased with the great interest in participating in the project, says Maja Felicia Bendtsen, project manager at Oestkraft. The local electricity company is responsible for recruiting a total of 1900 households and 100 of commercial electricity customers to participate in the demonstration project. The number of household participants correspond to approx. every tenth electricity customer on Bornholm.
